Talk therapy implements different techniques from interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Journaling, and Mindfulness.

In our first few sessions, getting to know each other is important. During initial treatment, we will dedicate some time to building trust. Then, we will focus on creating a treatment plan according to your priorities and goals.


EMDR Therapy (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) click here to learn more. This intervention is a great alternative for individuals who prefer interventions with a small amount of talking. I've been working with a hybrid model between talk therapy and EMDR.
